Event Management is your demand-intelligence hub. Every event you track here carries a demand impact score (0–1) that acts as a multiplier on projected occupancy. These scores flow downstream into the Occupancy Calendar and the Rate Recommendations engines, so accurate event entry directly improves pricing decisions.
Events come from three sources: manual (entered by you), api (auto-fetched), and verified (confirmed as reliable). The weekly automated fetch runs Mondays at 6am Athens time.
